Hi guys! *waves* Here we are for the August wrap up and holy shit, where did summer go? Here in San Diego, it’s still hitting the high 90s every day and I’m beyond ready for winter weather. Or what constitutes our winter weather…I really want some rain.
Anyhoo. Here’s the recap for the month!
What did I read?
I read a total of 24 books.
One of the books was Vicarious by Paula Stokes. It releases in 2016 and I’m just blown away by what she created in that book. I can’t wait for you guys to get your hands on it.
What did I get?
I got a few pretties in the mail this month: Dark Wild Night by Christina Lauren and Concentra8 by William Sutcliffe from the publishers. I won Dumplin’ by Julie Murphy from Epic Reads and The Dead House by Dawn Kurtagtch from Novl. Annnd, the ever so lovely Kristina {aka: @gone_pecan} sent me an arc of Everything, Everything by Nicola Yoon so I could have all of the copies.
I also had a mini meltdown at the new 2016 books that HC put up on EW. There are a lot of gooooood titles that I know I won’t be waiting until next year to read.

What about you? How was your August? What was your favorite read?
Tell me everything.
I hardly read anything in August which sucks considering I did nothing all month :( I read Everything Everything a few months ago and I really liked it! I cannot wait for Truthwitch to come out! Super hyped about that one!
Truthwitch is well worth the wait, I promise. Boo to no reading! I hope September is a better reading month for you!
Thanks for reading the post and commenting.
:)

Vicarious was so so amazing and I can’t wait for it to come out. How do you feel about the cover?
