So here we are again for another monthly recap. I can’t believe July is over. Well…technically it’s not over until tomorrow, but I’ve got something scheduled for tomorrow, so we’re a bit early.
What did I read?
For the month of July, I read a total of 20 books. Not bad, considered I lost almost a whole week with SDCC happening. And honestly, this number should probably change, because that 3 page scene of Rose and Dimitri meeting for the first time {written in Dimitri’s pov} shouldn’t count and I’m probably going to read more before August officially starts.
What did I get?
With SDCC taking over my life for 4 1/2 days, it was nearly impossible not to pick up some pretty new books. I also got my greedy hands on the hardcover arc of Illuminae and if you follow me on Instagram, you know I can’t stop swooning over it.
What did I do?

A Harry Potter tattoo!! Well, that’s exciting! Can’t wait to see it!! Okay, I’m going to have to go check out your post about SDCC now! I’m hosting a monthly wrap-up round-up on my blog so that we can all see what we may have missed on each other’s blogs in July. Check it out if you’re interested!

What a lovely month! I really need to join the Top Ten Tuesday! I can’t wait to get back in the saddle and read 20+ books a month! I miss it! The books I have been reading have been blah for the most part… So saddening. Here’s to a great August!
